Now we are located at 301 Wolverine Trail Suite 103 with 6 massage rooms, shower, spa room, and soon to come a salon with 2 hair stations and nail station. Sharon Holt--Owner & LMT

Sharon I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since February 2003. I started at Gold's Gym in Murfreesboro, TN. From there I went to a hair salon called Shear Image for 1 year. I then found a massage/spa atmosphere at Knead for Wholeness and stayed there for 2 1/2 years until I decided to start out on my own. In October 2006, I started with Natural Health as the head therapist and business manager and soon took over as owner. I am trained in PreNatal, Muscle Release, Hot Stones, Myofascial Release, Stretching, Craniosacral, and I am a Reiki Master.  I have studied Fibromyalgia, DVT, STDs, Diabetes and many other conditions so that my knowledge is expanded to massage anyone who walks through the doors. In 2012 I broke my wrist and have only recently started doing light-medium pressure massages again. I have many amazing therapist below who can do a great job, it just takes finding the right fit for you.

Rachel Garner -- LMT          I am a graduate of High Tech Institute in Nashville, TN.  I received my license in February 2009.  Throughout school I volunteered for many events including the Country Music Marathon, Titan’s games, Grand Opening for NHMT, Halloween in the park, Stewartsboro Elementary fall festival, as well as going to people’s homes for massage.  I enjoy giving Pre-Natal, Hot Stone, Reiki (I am a Reiki Master),Craniosacral, Lomi Lomi (Hawaiian massage) and Cupping massage.  If you have never tried cupping therapy, it is technique that has been used for about 5000 years.  Glass cups are used to pull toxins through the skin and release knots and tension in muscles. (Not to mention it feels great) Cupping is not a common therapy, and if you are interested in trying something new, give me a call.  Only days I'm not at NHMT is Sundays (my day off) and Wednesdays (when I do massages at a nursing home).

Brenda Creasy -- LMT          I received my license in July 2009 from the state of TN. I am excited to work with Sharon and Rachel since meeting them in Reiki class. We are all Master Reiki practitioners. I am trained in Hot Stones, Reiki, Swedish,  Aroma Therapy, Myofacial, and Acupressure. I am interested in pursuing more energy therapies. I'm a massage therapist that focuses on relaxation type massages with Light-Medium pressure and I only work on Sundays from 11-5.

Kasie Dunning (Butwich) -- LMT     I received my license in 2010 from GCI in Murfreesboro, TN with a Diploma in Massage Therapy and then went back to teach massage there to pass on the knowledge given to me. I hold certifications in CPR, Deep Tissue massage, and Reiki I. I choose this line of work because people in this world today need a healing hand in their lives to alleviate any pain or discomfort that comes from their daily activities. There are several different types of massage that I prefer to practice including: Stretching, Energy Work, Myofacial, PreNatal, Deep Tissue massage, Hot Stone Massage, Swedish, Lymphatic, and trigger point therapy. In the future I plan to expand my knowledge in all aspects of massage therapy including Reiki Healing Massage. I've worked several events around Rutherford County doing chair massage. I just recently completed my training in Neuromuscular Massage so if you need firm pressure -- I'm here for you! I work Mon-Sat 7:30am-5pm but I can stay later on some nights if needed, just ask.

Amanda Vaughn -- LMT     I received my license in May 2011 from GCI in Murfreesboro, TN with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. I have always wanted to become a massage therapist. I am trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Rotator Cuff Therapy, and many spa services. I would soon like to expand my knowledge to include Accupressure, Reiki, and Myofascial Release. Jason Bolles -- LMT     I received my license in March 2012 from GCI in Murfreesboro, TN with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. I have always wanted to become a massage therapist. I am trained in Swedish/relaxation therapies, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Sports Massage, and Hot Stones. I would soon like to expand my knowledge to include aromatherapy and even more deep therapies and stretching. Even though I'm a male massage therapist, I built a big client base in just over a year. I would love the chance to work on you. I work every Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, and a few Thursdays a month.

Kirsten Bledsoe -- LMT     I received my license in 2010 with a Diploma in Massage Therapy. I hold certifications in Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish massage, and many spa therapies. I choose this line of work late in life because I finally stopped ignoring my call to lend a healing touch to others. I love what I do, especially when I can turn those scared of touch into receiving massage once a week. I'm a survivor of cancer and love to work on my fellow survivors because massage is one of the best ways to recover both emotionally and physically. In the future I plan to expand my knowledge in all aspects of massage therapy but Lymphatic and Reiki massage are next on my list. I work 5 days a week both morning and evening hours depending on the needs of my clients.
