Rachel Rocks!!!! I have constant problems with my sciatic nerve and yesterday I came in having been in pain for several days. I have had several massages from Rachel but yesterday she gave me a massage and did some stretches on my sciatic nerve and wow can I tell a difference today. She is awesome. I have found my therapist for life. Thank you Rachel.

Why did you start your business?
I have been doing massages since I was a child. I had a parent that I watched go through 8 different surgeries and massage was one of the only things that helped relieve the pain. My parents could not afford a massage therapist so my mom and I did as much as we could. This is why I have the prices as low as they are, I don't want others to have to watch a loved one suffer when there is help out there!

What makes you different than other similar businesses in your community?
We care about the well being of our clients so we offer lower prices to fit their budget. Everyone needs a massage at least once a month if not twice!

What do you like most about your community?
I love Smyrna because it does not have the busy city life but is only 20 minutes from it! I have lived here for 22 years now and have seen it grow so much. My therapist and I love helping out in the community by doing onsite chair massage for nearly any event.

Natural Health Massage is my favorite place to go when I need help with sore muscles and other aches and pains. Sharon always does such great work. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxing and they do everything possible to help me have a relaxing/enjoyable experience. I would encourage anyone dealing with pain or just wanting to escape the "day to day" stress to come by and meet the wonderful people at NHMT. You will love it!

I've been going to Sharon for quiet a while. I have been going to her since she was on Lowery St. I am very happy for her that she has a lot nicer place and is on her own. The service is always great. She is very flexible in her procedure to meet the needs of the client. I would and have recommended her to several people. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I see Rachel once a week. She is wonderful. I always feel so comfortable and by the time she is finished I'm completely relaxed.

Rachel has been working with a calf muscle I strained. Her technique has helped me on my way to recovery quickly.
