Rocks!!!! I have constant problems with my sciatic nerve
and yesterday I came in having been in pain for several
days. I have had several massages from Rachel but
yesterday she gave me a massage and did some stretches
on my sciatic nerve and wow can I tell a difference
today. She is awesome. I have found my therapist for
life. Thank you Rachel.

I have
been going to NHMT for years when I first started going
I could barely walk I can now without a cane .... they
have helped me with my pain in combination with my
regular physical therapy ...I would recommend them to
anyone ...They listen and they care and when you are in
so much pain and you don't have a appointment they will
do whatever they can to work you in ...On another note
the owner emailed me directly when she heard of my
sister in laws home getting destroyed in the flood it
meant alot for her to do that since we have never really
talked much other then just customer /massage therapist
relationship it made me feel good to know she cared
about us as more then just clients....Thanks a lot

I love
NHMT! Rachel and Sharon are amazing, they both truly
have the "magic touch". Somehow they always know exactly
where it hurts and work all of the kinks out. It's hard
to believe that one can find a truly excellent massage
for such a reasonable price, but NHMT is the real deal!
They are wonderful people, I go as often as I can, and
with their reasonable rates, I can go more often. If you
haven't been, check them out!
Why did you start your
business?
I have been doing massages since I was a child. I had a
parent that I watched go through 8 different surgeries
and massage was one of the only things that helped
relieve the pain. My parents could not afford a massage
therapist so my mom and I did as much as we could. This
is why I have the prices as low as they are, I don't
want others to have to watch a loved one suffer when
there is help out there!
What makes you different
than other similar businesses in your community?
We care about the well being of our clients so we offer
lower prices to fit their budget. Everyone needs a
massage at least once a month if not twice!
What do you like most about
your community?
I love Smyrna because it does not have the busy city
life but is only 20 minutes from it! I have lived here
for 22 years now and have seen it grow so much. My
therapist and I love helping out in the community by
doing onsite chair massage for nearly any event.

Sharon always does such great work. The atmosphere is
friendly and relaxing and they do everything possible to

Rachel has been working with a calf muscle I strained.
Her technique has helped me on my way to recovery
